Cleaning staff member

  • Employment contract — full or part-time
  • Fixed hours, agreed with your coordinator (typically early morning or after client business hours)
  • Experience is a plus but not required — we train from scratch

What we offer

Employment contract

Full social security, paid leave, sick leave, accumulating tenure. Not a freelance contract, not forced B2B, not the gray zone.

Equipment and supplies — ours

We bring vacuums, scrubbing machines, professional chemicals. You don't buy anything out of pocket.

A coordinator above you

You have one supervisor who knows your site. Not a call-center dispatcher — a specific person on the phone.

Permanent sites

You work at the same places. You're not running to a different address every day — you learn the specifics and you're the host.

Fixed hours

Schedule set in advance. We don't call you at night or on weekends without notice. Your private life is allowed to exist.

Training from zero

Materials science, OHS, machine operation, sanitary procedures. All paid and during working hours.

Insurance and safety

Full company liability insurance up to 500 000 PLN. OHS training, personal protective equipment, branded uniform.

Pay on time

Every month, by the 10th, no "shifting". No practice of withholding wages.

No artificial barriers.

Cleaning experience

We train from zero. If you're reliable and punctual — we'll teach the rest.

Your own equipment

All equipment and supplies are ours — we bring them to the site.

A car

Most sites are reachable by public transport. For some we arrange transport.

A PDF CV

Write a few lines about yourself on WhatsApp — that's enough. We don't require a polished CV.
