Reefa is a Krakow-based cleaning company, operating since 2020 in a B2B model. We specialize in long-term service of offices, medical facilities, schools, housing communities, and Class A office buildings. Since 2024 we also serve Katowice and the Silesian Agglomeration.
How Reefa was born.
Reefa Sp. z o.o. was founded in 2020 in Krakow on a single, simple conviction: the B2B cleaning market in Poland needs a partner, not a vendor. In 2020 we noticed that B2B cleaning companies live on transactionality — the client pays monthly, gets rotating staff, and contact with the office is minimal. That model doesn't build trust.
We started with three Krakow clients: one office on Stradomska, one clinic in Kazimierz, and one Class A building in Bronowice. We set a rule we've kept to this day — we don't outsource anyone. Every person who cleans a client's office is a Reefa employee on a proper contract, trained in our procedures and assigned permanently to one property.
Today, six years later, we serve over 50 commercial properties across Krakow and the Silesian Agglomeration. Client retention — 96% — is the highest in this market segment. The average client relationship exceeds two years.
In 2024 we expanded into Katowice. The reason was pragmatic: Krakow clients opening offices in Silesia started asking whether we'd organize service there too. The decision was simple — we hired a local team, opened a coordination office, and today we serve properties from Tychy to Sosnowiec.

Before start we create an internal document describing how to care for a specific space: client work rhythm, important meeting times, reception preferences, allergens, room access. Every employee knows this document by heart.
Dedicated coordinator
One person owns your property. Quickly responds to issues, plans replacements during illness, runs regular quality audits. Not a call center — one specific human with a phone number.
QR-code system
Every client employee can report issues via a QR code placed at the property. The coordinator gets notified and acts immediately — without involving company management.
Regular audits
The coordinator regularly visits your property and rates work quality independently of daily reports. We provide a monthly report with point scoring of cared-for areas.
