Larger area — lower per-m² rate (scale effect). Offices 50–200 m²: upper end; 500+ m²: lower end.
Daily vs. 3× weekly vs. once a week. Higher frequency lowers the daily rate.
Standard (daily cleaning) vs. extended (windows, disinfection, hygiene supplies, façade washing).
Medical and sports facilities require certified products — +15–25% on the base rate.
Cleaning during client hours is cheapest. Night or weekend work — +10–20%.
