How does cleaning a production hall differ from a warehouse?

In a production hall process soiling dominates — oils, coolant emulsions, shavings, process dust — plus working around live lines. In a warehouse the key issues are aisles between racking, docks and coordination with forklift traffic. We run both as separate scopes; warehouses are covered on the warehouse cleaning page.

Do you clean without stopping production?

Yes — that's our standard. We plan the service in process breaks, between shifts, at night, or in parallel with production in fenced-off zones agreed with the shift supervisor. For 2- and 3-shift plants we build the schedule around specific lines.

Do you do machine deep-cleaning of industrial floors?

Yes. With scrubber-dryers and the right chemistry we remove layers of oil, emulsion, rubber and dust from concrete and epoxy resin — one-off (e.g. before an audit or certification) or cyclically every 1–3 months under a contract. One-off deep cleaning is billed per m².

Do you work at height — structures, skylights, installations?

Yes. De-dusting steel structures, pipes and cable trays plus cleaning skylights and industrial windows is done by staff trained in work at height, from platforms or with rope-access techniques. The work is covered by liability insurance up to 1,000,000 PLN.

How often should a production hall be cleaned?

Staff zones, locker rooms and sanitary facilities — daily. Floors in production zones — by machine 1–3 times a week, depending on the process. Full floor deep-clean every 1–3 months, and structure de-dusting and skylight cleaning 1–2 times a year. The exact cycle is set after a site visit.

Do you serve plants outside Krakow and Katowice?

Yes — we work across the Silesian Agglomeration (incl. Gliwice, Tychy, Sosnowiec, Zabrze, Chorzów) and within ~30 km of Krakow (Niepołomice, Skawina, Zabierzów, Wieliczka). That range carries no logistics surcharges; farther locations are quoted individually.
