Yes — comprehensive price covers all chemicals, paper, soap, trash bags. Standard quality is medium-to-high. For very high requirements (ECARF cosmetics, specific brands) — surcharge 5–10%.

Why does the rate drop with larger area?

Because logistics is fixed (one trip, one team). For a 50 m² office that same trip, coordinator and insurance are expensive per m². For 1,000 m² they spread out — hence lower rate.

What if the office is dirtier than I described?

First cleaning is always "intensive" — we use more supplies and more hours. Included in the first month rate. If during the contract something drastically changes (renovation, breakdown) — we quote extra cleaning separately, with your consent before work.

Can I change frequency during the contract?

Yes, no penalty. Electronic addendum with 7-day notice. Price adjusted proportionally. No "cancellation" or termination fees.

Do you provide "hygiene supplies refill" service?

Yes, included in standard price. Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, bags, fragrances — we buy, deliver, replace. Client receives a monthly consumption report.

What's the payment schedule — upfront or in arrears?

Invoice issued on the 5th of each month for the previous month. Payment terms 14 days. For new clients first month — upfront (50% deposit, rest after performance).

Do you have a contract minimum?

Yes: 30 m² area and minimum 4 hours weekly. For smaller offices the service is simply not economical (logistics).
