How long does clearing a 50 m² apartment take?

A 50 m² apartment with a typical amount of belongings takes about one working day. A studio is usually a few hours; a detached house 1–2 days. Heavily filled apartments (e.g. after a hoarder) are quoted and scheduled individually, as the carry-out alone can take several days.

Do I have to be present during the clearance?

No. You can hand over the keys and we work to an agreed protocol: items marked to keep are set aside, and once finished we send photo documentation of the cleared unit. This is standard for heirs living in another city or abroad.

What do you do with items in good condition?

Furniture, appliances and clothes fit for use are passed on as donations — and their value reduces the price of the job. Valuables, documents and keepsakes are always set aside for the owner or the family; they never go for disposal without agreement.

How does clearing an apartment after a bereavement work?

Discreetly and without haste: keepsakes, photos, documents and personal items are sorted in an agreed mode — on request with the family present, deciding what to keep. Optionally we perform ozone treatment (+600–800 PLN) to remove odours. We do not, however, provide specialist post-mortem biohazard disinfection — in such cases we will point you to a specialised company and take over the clearance after their work.

Do you issue a disposal confirmation?

Yes — on request we confirm that the belongings went for legal disposal at certified facilities. Every job also comes with a VAT invoice, which matters for inheritance settlements and property sales.

How quickly can you clear an apartment?

Do you also clear cellars, attics and whole houses?

Yes. A cellar or storage room from 200 PLN, an attic from 400 PLN, and whole houses are quoted from photos at the rough rate of 40–80 PLN/m². A cellar is cheapest to clear alongside an apartment job — the crew and van are already on site.

Will you clean the apartment and wash the windows after the clearance?

Apartment clearance in Krakow — walk-up tenements and estate clear-outs
