Diana Tsvinun is the client coordinator at Reefa in Krakow. She has been with the company since 2024.
Diana's day-to-day role focuses on making sure every Krakow property serviced by Reefa runs flawlessly. She maintains task checklists for each site, supervises their execution, recruits and onboards new staff, responds to client tickets (target: under 24 hours), runs quality audits on-site, and prepares monthly reports for property managers.
From the client side this means: one direct contact for daily issues, fast response on every ticket, and regular spot-check quality audits that catch problems before the client notices them.
Diana speaks Polish and Russian fluently, letting her serve both Polish-speaking clients and the Russian-speaking members of the field team directly.
