Standard model: post-closing (malls: 22:00-06:00, street stores: 20:00-08:00). We hold night passes to the main shopping centres in Krakow and Katowice. For grocery stores we also work between deliveries or before opening (05:00-07:00).

Do you have HACCP training for grocery stores?

Yes. Staff serving the grocery sector (Biedronka, Lidl, Carrefour, Stokrotka, Aldi, independent neighbourhood stores) hold current HACCP training. We apply ISSA color coding (red — toilets, blue — sales floor, green — stockroom, white — packaged products), keep a Sanepid disinfection log.

Do you serve stores in Krakow shopping centres?

Yes — Galeria Krakowska (Pawia 5), Bonarka City Center, Stary Browar, Galeria Bronowice, Galeria Kazimierz, Galeria Plaza, Centrum Handlowe M1. Staff have current passes to the main venues, we know each mall's security procedures (exit-bag checks, shift log at security desk).
