Is window cleaning included in an office cleaning contract?

Yes — interior window and glazing cleaning is part of the standard scope of our office cleaning contracts from 1200 PLN net monthly. The exterior side, large-format shopfronts and work at height are quoted separately: per window or per m².

Do you clean windows at height?

Yes. Up to around the 4th floor we work from ground level with water-fed telescopic poles — no scaffolding or boom lift. Higher glazing is cleaned with rope-access techniques or from a basket lift. Height work is carried out with certified rope-access partners — under a single contract with Reefa and liability insurance up to 1,000,000 PLN.

How often should office windows or a shopfront be cleaned?

The standard for offices is 2–4 times a year, usually spring and autumn. Shopfronts on busy streets are cleaned every 1–4 weeks — street dust and handprints show on them fastest. On a standing contract window cleaning goes into a schedule watched by the coordinator.

How much does private window cleaning cost, in a flat or house?

Reefa specializes in serving businesses and buildings (B2B). On the private market window cleaning is usually billed per window or per hour, and the rate depends on the number and type of windows and travel. If you manage a multi-unit building or commercial premises — we'll prepare a B2B offer with a VAT invoice.

Do you restore windows after construction or renovation?

Yes. We remove mortar, glue, paint and protective film from glass and frames — with products and tools safe for glass. It's a standard element of our post-construction and post-renovation cleaning, but window restoration alone can also be ordered, billed per m².

What method do you use? Will there be streaks?

We use two methods: traditional (squeegee and professional chemistry) and the demineralized-water system on telescopic poles. Water stripped of minerals dries without streaks or deposits, which makes it especially suitable for large glazing and work at height. We match the method to the window type and soiling level.

Do you clean shopfronts outside opening hours?

Yes. Shopfronts and glazing in customer zones are cleaned before opening or after closing, so the work doesn't interfere with service. We work 7 days a week, including early mornings and evenings.

Window cleaning in Katowice and the Silesian Agglomeration — how is it different?

In Katowice and the GZM cities windows get dirty faster than the national average — the agglomeration's industrial and traffic dust settles on glass and exterior sills, and smog adds to it in the heating season.
