Do you operate under GMP and GDP procedures?

Yes. All staff serving pharmacies hold current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) training. We work to your internal GMP plan. We maintain the disinfection log and product safety data sheets required by GIF.

What products do you use? Are they cleared for contact with drugs?

Only PZH-certified preparations approved for contact with medicinal products after rinsing (e.g., Buzil Planta Med series, Tana Apesin RFR, Sanichem Pharma). The safety data sheet for each product stays in the pharmacy for GIF inspections.

When do you operate? Do we need to close early?

We work outside patient-service hours — before opening (06:00-08:00) or after closing (20:00-23:00). You don't need to close early or shorten the shift. Keys are handed over during onboarding and returned at contract termination.

Do you serve hospital pharmacies and teaching-hospital pharmacies?

Yes. Hospital pharmacies have extra requirements: ISO 14644 cleanroom zones (A/B/C/D), aseptic technique, sometimes cytotoxic-drug production. We handle them in close coordination with the hospital pharmacist — cleaning outside cytotoxic production hours, separate procedures for aseptic zones.

Do you have RODO procedures for the dispensing zone?

Yes. The dispensing zone holds visible patient data (prescriptions, e-prescriptions on monitors, packages on shelves). Staff sign extended NDAs and follow a strict procedure: no contact with documents, no reading of displayed data, immediate reporting of left-behind documents to the pharmacist. RODO and Pharmaceutical Law compliant.

What about a GIF or Sanepid inspection?

Full operational support. Disinfection log, our preparation safety data sheets and staff training certificates stay in the pharmacy — ready for inspector review. In case of negative microbiological sampling results, we run a full disinfection in 12-hour mode with re-sampling.
