Most cleaning companies in Poland start by exchanging template offers. We start with a conversation. The first 15 minutes is an attempt to understand your property: work rhythm, important meetings, reception preferences, allergens, whether there's a dog at the office. Only then do we schedule the on-site visit.

An on-site visit is a free visit by our coordinator at your property. They measure area, assess specifics, listen to staff expectations. Usually 30–45 minutes. After that you get a quote — personalized, not templated.

If you decide to work with us, we sign a contract with clear scope, schedule, and a price fixed before start. No supplies surcharges, no "holiday surcharges", no hidden invoice items. One monthly invoice — clear, on a single line.

Every client gets a dedicated coordinator who knows your property by name. Phone, email, WhatsApp — you pick your channel. We respond within hours; in emergencies (flooding, breakdown) — within 30 minutes.
